How to Resolve Conflict

Have you had trouble resolving conflict with someone in your life?

I have been praying for a friend who has been having trouble with this. She was very close to a friend and hurt this friend inadvertently and now this friend will not speak to her. What took place should not have cause this person to quite speaking to my friend but it has made it hard for her to resolve the situation. Have you been in a similar situation? What did you do?
